Sort the bowl and plastic film into plastic recycling, and the cardboard sleeve into cardboard recycling.
Remove the cardboard sleeve. Open the lid film slightly and heat in the microwave at full power (750W) for 2–3 minutes. Carefully remove the film by peeling it off.
